What are loading and spending limits on the card?

Total limit is $3000 with a daily loading limit of $1000. A daily and weekly spending limit is set at $600. A daily and weekly ATM withdrawal limit is set at $400. Ex: If you withdraw a $400, you have $200 available for the day. Note: Withdrawal limits may also be restricted by the local ATM acquirer, and they could be lower than the daily limit stated above.
